Historic outline of MILTA / RIKTA family therapeutic apparatus
developed, manufactured and exported by JSC "MILTA - PKP GIT"
"Humanitarian
Information Technologies Design & Production Company"
(PKP GIT") was founded in 1991 (since then the name has
been changed to JSC "MILTA-PKP GIT"). The pilot batch of
therapeutic devices equipped with infrared semiconductor lasers,
infrared light-emitting diodes (LED) and permanent magnets was
manufactured at the same time. The multifactor action of those
devices yielded impressive therapeutic effect in treatment of a wide
range of diseases. Those were the first representatives of MILTA
line of medical devices (MILTA is the acronym for
"Magnetic-Infrared-Laser Therapeutic
Apparatus).
In 1991-1992 "PKP GIT" started mass production of
multi-factor quantum therapy devices of MILTA-01 series. Those units
were bulky, inexpressive of design and utilized independent
semiconductor devices and low-integration chips. Their mains
transformers produced distinctive humming and the control panels had
constellations of LED indicators to show the treatment regimens.
Since 1992 MILTA-01 devices had proliferated at many medical
institutions in Russia. Simplicity of their operation, high
reliability and total safety made them ideal medical appliances for
home use. Other models with improved economic and ergonomic
parameters, as well as the overall design, were developed since
then. Consequently, in 1998, the modified MILTA devices have been
given a new "RIKTA" (the Russian acronym for Resonance
Information Quantum Therapeutic Apparatus) brand
identification name.
In 1998-1999 RIKTA-02, RIKTA-03, RIKTA-04 and RIKTA-05 groups
have been developed. Their mass production began in 2001 upon
completion of the re-certification process. These device constituted
a qualitative leap forward, as their design was based on the
state-of-the-art microprocessor technology. This allowed the
developers to increase reliability, reduce outer dimensions,
simplify operation and make the design more user-friendly. Some
models received liquid-crystal displays instead of the previous LED
indicators. Variable frequency (0...250 Hz range) was added to their
other features. The emitters received light-emitting diodes working
in the red band of the spectrum. These diodes provide illumination
of the treatment zone on the patient's body and have a curative
effect of their own. Portable, with autonomous power supply devices
to be used outdoor were
also put under production. Thus RIKTA line, the new products with
significantly improved user interface and enhanced medical
parameters were introduced in the market.
In 2002 JSC
"MILTA-PKP GIT" developed TERRAQUANT line of
quantum therapy devices and its production and distribution
in cooperation with "MEDICAL QUANT Ltd." (Israel).
These devices, as well as HANDY CURE and TERRADENT which are just ready to appear in the markets, are
based on the RIKTA family
devices and therapeutically are identical to them.
Proceeding to develop up-to-date models of devices, JSC
"MILTA-PKP GIT" recently suggested to consumers
a small-sized, portable devices of the RIKTA-ESMIL group.
These devices for the first time in medicine combine
magneto-infrared laser therapy with transcutaneous electro-neurostimulation.
The RIKTA devices are now being used by thousands of medical
institutions and patients at home, both in Russia and abroad, due to
their safety, therapeutic efficacy and very competitive price.
JSC "MILTA-PKP GIT" was ISO-certified in 2003 and
since that time RIKTA family devices are marked with CE 0032.
We
continue working on a new generation of quantum medicine devices to
meet the modern medical, scientific and technological requirements.
